Does anybody know of an efficient way export the contents of the <form>...</form> elements in a single instance of a selected form. Currently, I have to export the entire database as XML, and parce the selected form from the entire XML file. However, this is a VERY lenghthy process if the database has a lot of design elements and/or scripting.

Any help would be appreciated.
